Recruitment journey
From application to landing
At TEKEVER, recruitment is part of the mission. We design our process to be clear, structured and purposeful, giving you the space to show how you think, build and operate. Just like we do every day with our technology.
Whether you apply to a specific role or submit a spontaneous application, our goal is to make sure you understand what’s coming next and how to prepare for it.
How to apply
All applications are submitted through Teamtailor, our recruitment platform.
Apply to an open role that matches your skills and experience
Submit a spontaneous application if you don’t see a role that fits yet, but believe you can contribute to our mission
Every application is reviewed with care, confidentiality, and respect for data privacy.
The recruitment journey
-
1. Application review
Our Talent Acquisition team reviews your profile together with the hiring team.
We look beyond keywords. We want to understand:
- Your hands-on experience
- The complexity of the problems you’ve worked on
- Your motivation to work on real, mission‑critical products
TIP
Focus your CV on impact, responsibility and decision-making. Projects, systems and real constraints matter more than generic task lists. -
2. First conversation
If your profile moves forward, we’ll reach out for an initial conversation.
This is a mutual alignment moment:
- Your background, motivation and expectations
- The role, the team and the type of challenges you’ll face
- Practical topics such as location, availability and working model
TIP
Be ready to explain why TEKEVER. Our work sits at the intersection of engineering, autonomy, defence and real‑world operations. Curiosity and purpose matter here. -
3. Technical and functional assessment
Depending on the role, this phase may include:
- Technical interviews
- Project or system discussions
- Practical exercises or business cases
- Group dynamics or problem‑solving sessions
Not every role includes all of these steps. We tailor the process to assess what truly matters for the position.
TIP
We care about how you think, not just the final answer. Explain your reasoning, assumptions and trade-offs, especially in complex contexts. -
4. Final interviews
In the final stage, you may meet:
- Hiring Managers
- Team Leads
- Key stakeholders from the business or mission side
This is where we explore:
- Collaboration style
- Ownership and accountability
- How you operate under real constraints and pressure
TIP
Come with questions. This is also your opportunity to understand how we work, how decisions are made, and what mission success looks like in practice. -
5. Offer and next steps
If there’s a mutual match:
- We’ll walk you through the offer in a call
- You’ll receive a formal written proposal
- We provide clear feedback throughout the process
Some roles may require additional steps such as background checks or security clearance. If applicable, this is communicated transparently and early in the process.
TIP
Be open and straightforward about expectations. We believe strong partnerships start with clarity.
Our commitment to you
We don’t believe in over-engineered recruitment. We believe in finding the right people to solve the right problems and giving them the tools to succeed.
Partnering with you from take-off to landing. We look forward to welcoming you onboard.
