Data&AI Product Management Lead
Mission:
As the Data & AI Product Management Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our data and AI product portfolio. This role involves developing and executing product strategies, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, with a strong background in data science, AI and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
What will be your responsibilities:
Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the data and AI product portfolio, aligned with the companys overall objectives;
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture;
Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization. Ensure that products are delivered on time, within scope and with high quality;
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables and timelines;
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, business analysts, marketing, sales and customers to gather requirements, prioritize features and ensure alignment with business goals.
Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing and release. Ensure that AI models and data solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability and performance;
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, hardware teams and other team members to deliver innovative AI and data solutions;
Manage the product backlog, including writing clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria;
Prioritize and sequence the backlog according to business value and customer needs;
Lead sprint planning and reviews;
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement;
Monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform future development;
Own the end-to-end delivery of the Data & AI products within your portfolio;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data.
Profile and requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the tech industry, with a focus on data and artificial intelligence products. Previous leadership experience is required;
Strong understanding of AI and data technologies, including machine learning, big data and data analytics. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics and data engineering. Experience with AI platforms, tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to effectively present to and influence senior executives and diverse audiences;
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams;
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans and requirements;
Hands-on with solid technical acumen;
A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends;
Ideally, in possession of Product Owner certification (e.g. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®).
