Mission:
Design, deliver and continuously improve a people development strategy that equips TEKEVER colleagues with the skills, leadership and career pathways required to meet current and future business needs.
What will be your responsibilities:
Design and implement learning programmes across technical, leadership and soft-skill areas aligned with company priorities.
Manage end-to-end training activities: needs analysis, curriculum design, sourcing/internal delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
Partner with business leaders and people managers to identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans.
Develop and maintain induction and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and engaging experience for new hires.
Coordinate internal subject-matter experts, external vendors and training providers to deliver high-quality interventions.
Support performance and talent processes by contributing to development frameworks, succession planning and career pathing.
Measure impact through learning metrics, feedback and post-training performance indicators; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Champion a culture of continuous learning, inclusion and psychological safety across the organisation.
Manage learning budgets, procurement and administrative aspects of people development activities.
Promote digital learning solutions and maintain the learning management system content and reporting.
Profile and requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in learning & development, talent development or organisational development roles.
Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions (classroom, e-learning, coaching and on-the-job).
Strong facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with experience using learning metrics and evaluation frameworks to demonstrate impact.
Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented approach with a passion for developing people and leaders.
Fluency in English and Portugues; additional language skills are a plus.
