About the Role:

You will be the engine that keeps our product teams moving. As Scrum Master at Tekever, your job is not to run meetings, it's to make the team unstoppable. You'll remove every obstacle in their way, protect their focus, and make sure nothing slows down delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, but more importantly, make them worth everyone's time

• Hunt down and eliminate blockers before they become problems

• Be the team's biggest advocate — internally, cross-functionally, everywhere

• Coach team members individually and collectively on agile mindset, not just process

• Shield the team from external noise and interruptions during sprints

• Build trust and psychological safety so the team can do their best work

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to keep the backlog sharp and the team focused

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment

• Obsessed with unblocking people, not managing processes

• Strong communicator who can navigate technical conversations

• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring clarity to the team

Nice to Have:

• Experience in aerospace, defense or hardware companies

• CSM, PSM or equivalent certification

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or similar tool

• Background working alongside engineers on complex technical products
