What will be your responsibilities:
Create, maintain, structure, and ensure the integrity of master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and MES (Shop Floor) systems, ensuring consistency throughout the entire product lifecycle;
Manage critical industrial operations data, including articles, product structures (BOMs), routings, work centers, production parameters, variants, and product configurations;
Ensure the correct definition and maintenance of data related to inventory, logistics, procurement, and costing models associated with production;
Ensure data synchronization and consistency between ERP and MES systems, identifying and resolving deviations or inconsistencies;
Validate the completeness, quality, and readiness of data in the context of new product introductions (NPI/NPD), ensuring that they are ready for execution in a production environment;
Define, implement, and evolve data governance rules, including naming conventions, data structures, approval workflows, and change control;
Continuously monitor data quality through audits, indicators, and systematic validations, promoting corrective and preventive actions;
Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation, SOPs, and work instructions associated with master data management;
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and IT, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and data structure;
Support the resolution of operational problems related to master data, with a direct impact on the shop floor and logistics flows;
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that data supports efficient, scalable, and standardized processes;
Contribute to ERP and MES system evolution projects, including data standardization, implementation of new modules, automation, and workflow optimization;
Support data synchronization initiatives in multi-company environments and complex systems integration scenarios;
Prepare, structure, and validate data for transformation initiatives, systems migration, or operational process improvement;
Profile and requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Information Systems, or equivalent field;
Proven experience in managing master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically at the item, BOM, and routing level;
Experience in industrial environments and contact with MES systems or shop floor operations;
Solid knowledge of production processes, including production orders, work centers, material consumption, logistics flows, and inventory structures;
Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and orientation towards solving complex problems;
Ability to interpret technical documentation, such as product structures, drawings, and engineering specifications;
Experience with data analysis and manipulation tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar);
Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality, and change control will be valued;
Language Requirements: Proven proficiency at C2 level in Portuguese and proven proficiency at B2 level in English;
High level of rigor, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility for the quality of information;
Ability to work independently and simultaneously collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
