What will be your responsibilities:
Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
Support system architecture activities in the design of Cloud infrastructure
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Optimize containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance the reliability, scalability and security of cloud infrastructure
Work closely with development and operations teams to optimize performance and streamline workflows
Manage and maintain cloud-based environments, ensuring cost-effective scaling
Implement logging, monitoring and alerting solutions (ex. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for system health analysis
Enhance system security, implementing best practices for access control, encryption and compliance
Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve system resilience
Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and methodologies to improve efficiency
Profile and requirements:
2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE or in a similar role
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and cloud-native services
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation
Strong understanding of Linux system administration and shell scripting
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki)
Familiarity with networking, security best practices and access management
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with serverless architectures and cloud automation
Exposure to high-availability and fault-tolerant system designs
