Mission:
Drive commercial growth by building strategic partnerships, expanding market opportunities and delivering end-to-end contract management turning innovation into scalable business success.
What will be your responsibilities:
End-to-end contract lifecycle management including: bid writing/support, contract negotiation, contract award, execution, variation, and close-out.
Pricing: Supporting pricing models and cost build-ups.
Profile and requirements:
Secondary school education to A Level or equivalent and business related qualifications advantageous
MCIPS or equivalent is preferable but not essential
Minimum of 3 years experience working within Defence, Aerospace or Public Sector
Have experience working on end-to-end procurement, with knowledge of Sourcing and Contract Management
Familiar with Procurement Act 2023, an understanding of Single Source Contract Regulations
(SSCR), and knowledge of DEFCONs and DEFSTANs;
Good understanding of contract types including; Firm Price; Cost Plus/Cost Reimbursable; Framework Agreements;
Experience handling change control, claims, disputes and commercial risks;
Desirable export control awareness (ITAR/EAR);
Strong collaboration and communication skills to support working with internal departments (e.g. production, engineering, operations, commercial, finance, legal);
Strong organisational and time-management skills;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level;
Would ideally hold SC security clearance or must be willing to obtain it.
