Mission:
We’re hiring a senior Scrum Master who goes beyond team-level facilitation and operates as an organizational systems thinker; aligning delivery across multiple teams and departments for a software product that interfaces with, and controls hardware. They create clarity and momentum across engineering (software, hardware, firmware) and business ensuring plans, dependencies, and governance fit together into a coherent end-to-end delivery system in a regulated environment.
What will be your responsibilities:
Enable delivery across multiple teams by facilitating ceremonies, and scaling agile ways of working beyond team boundaries.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters across products and departments to harmonize practices, share learnings, remove systemic impediments, and drive continuous improvement at an organizational level.
Connect products, operations and business stakeholders to ensure aligned priorities, timelines, and common understanding of constraints.
Actively surface, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies (including hardware lead timelines), risks, and integration bottlenecks.
Partner with Product Owners on product alignment, support backlog refinement and multi-team planning.
Create organizational transparency by ensuring release visibility, milestone readiness, and "plan vs. reality" delivery insights for stakeholders.
Support teams to implement pragmatic regulated delivery and audit readiness (traceability, documentation, change control, verification/validation) without slowing learning and delivery.
Build high-performing resilient teams by creating psychological safety, resolving conflicts and building scope ownership.
Profile and requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams.
Strong grasp of Scrum and agile principles; ability to adapt practices to teams’ needs.
Experience with scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, Nexus, LeSS and SAFe) is a plus.
Strong systems thinking and ability to see and improve the broader organizational system (governance, dependencies, flow and resourcing).
Proven track record in cross-department coordination and stakeholder management; able to influence without authority.
Experience with working in software + hardware contexts and integration-heavy delivery.
Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments, balancing agility with required controls and evidence generation.
Understanding of software engineering practices and delivery challenges (CI/CD pipeline, e.g. integration and testing automation and configuration management)
Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills who can navigate ambiguity and drive alignment to reach consensus and decisions.
Use metrics (e.g., flow, predictability, quality) pragmatically to improve outcomes rather than be a ceremony facilitator.
Hands on experience with Jira (and JQL) and Confluence.
Certifications are a plus, but real-world Agile and scaling experience matters most.
Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
Education background
BSc in an engineering discipline, or physics.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll be a core enabler of software delivery excellence — helping multidisciplinary teams deliver complex, quality software reliably and sustainably. Through your facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership, you’ll help shape how agile works in TEKEVER’s engineering ecosystem
