Mission:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and overseeing the visual and narrative identity of TEKEVER’s product portfolio. This role bridges technical and commercial perspectives, transforming complex engineering concepts into clear, compelling, and visually consistent marketing materials. The ideal candidate combines strong creative direction skills with the ability to deeply understand high-tech products and communicate their value effectively.

What will be your responsibilities:

Product Look & Feel

• Develop and maintain the visual identity, look and feel, and brand consistency across all product lines.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment between product experience and marketing representation.

• Own the creation and refinement of product graphics, UI/UX representations, iconography, and visual frameworks.

Technical-to-Marketing Translation

• Translate technical product capabilities into clear, user-focused, and market-relevant messaging.

• Produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, animations, and videos.

• Ensure accuracy and clarity when communicating technical features, differentiators, and mission benefits.

Marketing Content & Campaign Support

• Support the development of commercial collateral for sales teams and partners.

• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events.

• Work closely with the communications team to ensure product stories are well represented across digital channels, PR, and social media.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the marketing liaison with engineering and product management.

• Collect and synthesize technical input from internal experts to craft meaningful narratives.

• Work with external agencies, designers, and multimedia partners when needed.
  

Profile and requirements:

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in marketing roles within tech, aerospace, defense, or engineering-driven industries.

• Strong ability to interpret complex technical information and turn it into clear, compelling content.

• Excellent written and visual communication skills.

• Experience creating or overseeing high-quality marketing assets.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with UI/UX principles, product design, or digital visualization tools.

• Familiarity with unmanned systems, aerospace technologies, or defense markets.

• Understanding of B2G (Business-to-Government) marketing.

• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
