What will be your responsibilities:

• Analyze processes, identify waste, propose solutions, and implement improvements;
  
• Lead and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across different areas;
  
• Identify opportunities and implement them within processes or facilities;
  
• Improve factory layout according to production needs and planning;
  
• Implement Lean strategies;
  
• Deliver both theoretical and shop-floor training.

Profile and requirements:

• University degree in Management, Engineering, or another field relevant to the role;
• Language requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven C2 level in both languages;
  
• Training in Lean methodologies;
  
• Strong knowledge and experience in applying Lean tools and continuous improvement methods;
  
• High sense of responsibility, organization, task planning, and deadline management;
  
• Persuasion, proactivity, autonomy, team spirit, assertive communication, and accuracy;
  
• Residence in, or availability to relocate to, Ponte de Sor and/or surrounding municipalities.
