Profile and requirements:
Academic background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or similar - mandatory).
Professional experience (Junior to Intermediate) with a focus on hardware/software troubleshooting or product validation.
Solid knowledge in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python for debugging and analyzing firmware behavior.
Ability to interpret complex schematics and layouts using EDA software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad).
Familiarity with fabrication methods like PCB manufacturing and soldering to identify hardware root causes in the field.
Excellent technical writing skills to translate complex engineering fixes into clear, actionable documentation for support teams.
Advanced knowledge in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2).
Strong Analytical & Communication skills: You must be able to bridge the gap between customer reality and developer technicality.
Problem Solver & Resilient: You thrive when things break and won't stop until the root cause is found and documented.
Team player with the ability to navigate a dual-reporting environment (Support & Engineering).
