What will be your responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for the ATLAS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible

• Optimize containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

• Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance the reliability, scalability and security of ATLAS infrastructure

• Work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot integration and deployment issues.

• Manage and maintain cloud-based environments, ensuring cost-effective scaling

• Implement logging, monitoring and alerting solutions (ex. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for system health analysis

• Enhance system security, implementing best practices for access control, encryption and compliance

• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve system resilience

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and methodologies to improve efficiency

Profile and Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a highly technical support, operations, or junior DevOps role.

• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines)

• Experience with container management (Docker) and working knowledge of Kubernetes concepts.

• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and cloud-native services

• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation

• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and shell scripting is essential for effective troubleshooting.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki)

• Familiarity with networking, security best practices and access management

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
