The Radar team in France is seeking an outstanding, self-motivated AIT Engineer to contribute to the development of airborne Radars and Active Antennas for space SAR instruments

Job Overview:
As an AIT Engineer, you will join a multi-skilled team aiming at developing projects that will support our growth in Radar activities.
Within the French Radar team, you will contribute to the following tasks:
- Define the Test Plan for the Radar system/ sub-systems qualification
- Define the required test facilities – thermal, vacuum, vibration, anechoic chamber,
- Elaborate the system test procedures, analyse measurement accuracies,
- Develop/procure the test benches, test tools,
- Lead and participate in the system/ sub-system testing phases,
- Analyse test results, write reports.
Your contribution will secure compliance with requirements, deadlines, costs and quality.
Profile and Requirements:
- 5 years of higher education (engineer, equivalent),
- At least 3 years’ experience in development or testing of one of the Radar sub-systems domains: Antenna, RF transmit/receive chains, Signal generation/digitisation, Command control and digital interfaces,
- An interest in the Radar domain and willingness to develop a global understanding of radar sensors.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with a focus on shared goals.
- Professional and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Adaptable and proactive to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure traceability, quality, and compliance throughout the software lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills in professional English, spoken and written.
