Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Content Creator to join our Communications team. This role will be key in shaping TEKEVER’s story across multiple channels, ensuring our brand voice is consistent, compelling, and impactful. You will produce high-quality content for digital platforms, press, events, and campaigns, highlighting TEKEVER’s innovation, achievements, and global impact.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with TEKEVER’s business and communications objectives.
  
• Produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social media, press releases, events, and internal communications.
  
• Translate complex technological concepts into accessible, clear, and engaging narratives.
  
• Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support campaigns, bids, and events.
  
• Manage the creation of supporting materials such as graphics, video, and digital assets, working closely with design and multimedia partners.
  
• Ensure all content aligns with TEKEVER’s tone of voice and visual identity guidelines.
  
• Track content performance and optimise based on analytics and feedback.
  
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital storytelling, defence communications, and technology content creation.

Profile and requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a content creator, journalist, copywriter, or communications specialist, ideally within defence, aerospace, technology, or related sectors.
  
• Proven experience in writing about technology and innovation.
  
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
  
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, and content distribution.
  
• Experience creating and managing multimedia content (graphics, photography, video).
  
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
  

• Knowledge of the defence, aerospace, or security industries.
  
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and performance measurement.
  
• Proficiency in Portuguese, French, or other European languages is an advantage.
