Job Overview:
Are you passionate about shaping strategic HR that drives innovation and success? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our fast-moving team in Toulouse, supporting our growing operations in France and across Europe.
In this role, you will report directly to TEKEVER’s Headquarters in Portugal, collaborating closely with global and local leadership to align people strategies with business goals, and foster a high-performance, people-first culture.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Tekever Global Strategy by seamlessly executing the company HR Plan.
- Partner with business leaders in France and across Europe to understand needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Establishing long-term partnerships with both internal teams (people managers and employees) and external parties (vendors, HR consultants, universities, etc.).
- Collaborating with the Global HR Team on cross-functional initiatives to deliver top-quality HR support for all employees.
- Enhancing recruitment strategies by assisting in the creation and implementation of new assessment methodologies.
- Contributing to HR reporting processes, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating dashboards to monitor progress.
- Acting as an ambassador for TEKEVER’s culture, consistently embodying and promoting the company’s values.
Profile and requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar HR role within a multinational organisation or consultancy.
- Fluent in English and French with proven fluency at the C2 level , Portuguese (is a plus) -all applications (CV and cover letter) must be submitted in English.
- Proven expertise in learning and development, talent management, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, change management, mentoring, and coaching.
- Ability to define and shape strategic frameworks while maintaining a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Solid experience in project management.
- High proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google)
- Experience in the Defence Industry is a plus
- Travel: Flexibility to travel within the FR and internationally if required.
