Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee the quality team and coordinate with the engineering team. This role involves managing quality tasks, identifying production issues, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Team Management: Directly manage the quality team and coordinate with the engineering team.
- Team Development: Track and foster the development of team members.
- Task Planning: Follow the production plan and corresponding quality tasks.
- Attendance Management: Monitor team attendance, including entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the condition of facilities, equipment, and tools.
- Collaborative Communication: Establish positive, assertive communication with colleagues in other departments.
- Quality Control: Identify production issues and defective parts at the appropriate control points to prevent non-conforming parts from moving forward in the process.
- Corrective & Preventive Actions: Collaborate with production to implement corrective actions to resolve issues and preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
- Quality Assurance: Take a proactive approach to quality, ensuring methodical problem-solving and maintaining a historical record of actions.
- Data Management: Ensure weight records are kept up-to-date and assist team leaders in assembling parts for bonding, ensuring reliability, fast access, and ease of data reading.
- Deadline Adherence: Ensure tasks and deliveries are completed within set deadlines.
- Safety Awareness: Ensure workplace safety, preventing risky behavior and improper use of equipment.
- Workplace Organization: Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the teamโs work area before, during, and after task execution.
- Instruction Implementation: Carry out instructions received from supervisors.
- Team Contribution: Foster a motivated, productive, and disciplined team environment.
- Education: First degree in mechanical engineering or a related subject such as aeronautical engineering or manufacturing engineering
- Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues with a methodical, assertive approach.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in user-level computer applications.
- Knowledge in Lamination: Understanding of lamination processes.
- Quality Knowledge: Technical expertise in quality processes and tools.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Goal-Oriented: Focus on achieving objectives.
- Communication & Leadership Skills: Strong communication abilities and leadership skills.
